Farwalk’s Type G-GC Mining Cables are the high-performance portable power link for heavy mining and industrial equipment. Engineered with flexible tinned copper and a specialized Ground Check (GC) monitoring conductor, these 2000V cables provide maximum electrical safety by ensuring fail-safe ground continuity while withstanding the constant movement and mechanical abuse of the mine floor.
Manufactured in accordance with ICEA S-75-381 / NEMA WC 58 and UL standards. The core features flexible Class 5 or 6 tinned copper conductors insulated with premium Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR). The assembly includes two grounded conductors and one insulated Ground Check pilot wire, all encased in a heavy-duty reinforced Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) jacket.
