ACSR/AW is a concentric-lay stranded bare overhead conductor made from aluminum 1350-H19 wires stranded over an aluminum-clad steel core. It is designed for transmission and distribution lines that require the tensile performance of a reinforced conductor together with better corrosion resistance than conventional galvanized-steel-core ACSR.
